gratitude  Amidst the turbulence this year. It is a great one for me. As I begin my personal countdown and stocktaking of some of the critical decision taken this year especially towards my career goals and objectives. I'm grateful first to the Almighty God who gives the power to start and finish. And to everyone who have continually supported me in this journey. I pray for a double fold of God's favor into your individual lives. Working on a literary project presently that seek to discuss our enthralling cultural heritage and evolution process-- (The Igweship Institution) with  # Oba  in Anambra a case in focus. networking Yesterday was memorable for me as there was a ready platform and a very aware man with a daunting unique message for everyone. We all need side "hustle" that augments our main source of livelihood and social media is a tool to milk out that purpose. It is more than just a meet-greet networking platform for business owners and individuals, It is an alternate revenue base for many who are aware. Young people are beginning to complain less and are totally reducing the dependen cy on the inept, clueless government while taking charge of their future using this medium. I discussed my entrepreneurship journey and stressed on the right way to stay "motivated". I met seasoned speakers on that platform --- # Lawyers  and  # Doctors  and I was specially grateful to God for that opportunity to share my truth and exchange valuable contact. BLACK AND WHITE MENTALITY Studied extensively the sharp contrast in modifications between the African continent and others and the more I reflect on this absurd peculiarities, the more I come to terms with the glaring facts that the problem with the 'blacks' especially 'Africans' is that of mentality. The thought process is completely flawed down here. We are wired to look outside ourselves for solutions. Blame game well recycled which take us five steps forward and three steps backwards. The cerebral processing is wired to fixate "logical" blame to everything but ourselves. There must be reasons outside us for everything bad that happens in the polity.To the best of my own knowledge, looking at the countries of the world thriving amidst the harsh realities, They understood their predicaments at a point in time and administered specific, lasting internal solutions to them. Doesn't it surprise you that solutions that brought respite elsewhere
