MY COUNTRY NIGERIA

          One funny thing about politicians, especially Nigeria politicians is that they see the truth, know the truth, breathe the truth and feel the truth but they are highly trained to hoard it.
What's with this impeachment saga going on in this state? Obviously, the deputy governor of the state would be impeached and I don't care if he's being politically bullied, the truth remains that he's guilty of the criminal offense against him. He was even short of words to defend himself.
        These politicians have a way of making the masses look stupid. The past administration obviously bullied us but this one, I can not even say what they are doing o but one thing I know is that they squander our monthly allocations.
          Who do we beckon on for help if not the almighty? These people are so heartless:No iota of truth in them.
           How can our allocations be only visible on the two major roundabouts in the state capital? Where are these billions looted to? This is sheer wickedness o. It's just not fair! Even if you effect 45percent of the allocation, I don't think I would even complain but they just squander a chunk of 96percent. What a world we live in. I can only pray the good Lord to reward them "accordingly".
         What do we do to make these people know we mean business? Write against them? But I have been doing that in my little way. 
Preach against them? Our pastors often do that! 
Pray for them to change, we have always done that, the Catholics even have a special prayer for NIGERIA and the one against bribery and corruption. Or do they want us to engage them in a physical combat, so they can order just one platoon of our disoriented soldier to waste us? 

May God help our country and salvage us from this precarious leaders!

AMEND IT. ...But It was their anniversary, and Funke was waiting for her husband Kunle to show up.    MY FAMILY...      When i was a kid, mom loved to make food for dinner and i recall one night in particular when she made dinner after a long hard day at work. On that evening, Mom placed a plate of bread, jam and extremely burned biscuits in front of my Dad. I remember waiting to see if anyone noticed. Yet, my Dad did was reach for his biscuit, smiled at my Mum: and asked me how my day was at school. Honestly, at that time i can't remember what i told him that night, but i do remember hearing Mum apologize to my Dad for burning the biscuits. Later that night, I went to kiss Dad goodnight and then I asked him if he really liked his biscuits burned; he was silent for a minute or two... He wrapped me in his arm and said 'Mom put in a long hard day at work today and she is really tired... And besides, a burnt biscuit never hurt anyone- but harsh words do.
