Everybody knew he was a gentle man of the road and his wife the sweetest lady of very easy virtue: but that is the story for the gods, he remembered the story for the gods, a popular tune from a junkie in1988, his name Olamide, for now,he need his food. "That’s why he married that fine ass" he spoke softly to himself. Mr. Briar was my dad, he told me he waited for six years, six god forsaken years before I was born, he visited Brahma Pradash in Hamdallah all to avail. CLEAR YOUR MIND.      I want to talk to you about the concept of projection. Our bodies, minds and emotions are an active part of how we perceive the world and the meaning we make of the events around us. There isn’t an objective reality that everyone can agree on. This mental, emotional psychological system affects how we perceive things, the filters that we have affect how we see things. For example when the Spanish arrived with their ships around the coast of Mexico, the natives couldn’t see the ships.      Their systems just didn’t have what it took to see a ship in them, they never saw one before, and it didn’t make any sense. Most of our perceptive ability is actually programming that is learned, not the objective accurate perfect set of equipment we think it is. THE IGBO RACE.

Their sons and daughters are scattered all over the surface of the earth! They are industrious and focused; strong and enterprising. They are religious and spiritual- divine or traditional. They are the most envied tribe!     They say we corrupt them, some say we cheat them while others say we influence them but I say we motivate them without them knowing it! I wonder what they would have said if Osama was Igbo. Or even Charles Taylor! If my country is corrupt, have you tried my tribe as its president? Oh how come Philip Emeagwali is not Efik, I hear Chike Obi is Ibibio and that Achebe is calabar. Lol The igbo tribe! This tribe thrives because it's unique! Is it beauty? I'd suggest you visit Anambra!          Intelligence? Try IMO          Hardworking? Try Ebonyi           Indust...
ORCHARD OF MEMORIES          I allowed his 'success' affect my mentality. I wanted, by all means to be just like him. He looped me into his cocaine business which was his major source of income. On my first trip to SA, I was caught and jailed for 12years. I spent nearly one-fifth of my life serving my terms but now I'm free. I decided to hunt for a job but it seems I was too old to get an honest one. No capital to start a business. I struggled further for another 14 years but I couldn't boast of any fortune. "Should I return to my old ways?, I thought.  Actually it was my only option.  My first night on the highway was a nightmare. I was the only one shot amongst the other 12 criminals. I was admitted to the hospital and was hospitalized for close to 3years, the doctors were kind enough to treat me but not to let me go. I did some manual labor and was set free on completion. I had no where to go, no one to run to....
